Sauce on Top are bringing our unique twist to the world-renowned Detroit-style pizza.
If you haven’t heard of it before, you might be wondering, what exactly is Detroit-style pizza?
Our version is baked in a rectangular aluminium tray, and unlike traditional pizzas, it’s much thicker, similar to focaccia.
The base is crispy yet chewy, with cheese that caramelises beautifully along the edges of the pan, and of course, we finish it off by pouring the sauce on top of the cheese.
